The Eurochamber's Mediation and Arbitration Chamber - CAE - is a nonprofit association providing conflict management services thru mediation and arbitration mechanisms.
Conceived in 2001 by the leading European Trade and Industry Chambers, CAE became since its very beginning one of the most important organisms of the genus in Brazil.
Despite its availability to manage domestic disputes, its inclination is international, with a focus on conflicts involving Euro-Brazilians interests. In this line, CAE operates in partnership with leading European Chambers of Arbitration, among which the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce's Arbitration Institute.
In a world of moving and complex markets, the various advantages of mediation and arbitration - speed, flexibility, expertise, confidentiality - make them the most practical and efficient methods for resolving business disputes.
CAE's mission is to provide the necessary means - physical support, administrative support, the body of mediators and arbitrators - to ensure the effective and proper conduct of procedures. The commitment to quality is guaranteed by the integrity, by the experience and by the professionalism of its staff.
